Picked up a set of Akira from 1-11

To me this book looks like a 9.6 and maybe even a 9.8

Likely. I don't see anything keeping it from being at least a 9.4. Guessing anything higher based on pics is hard to do. And those high grades are CGC's discretion.

I would venture to say 9.4 as is, but depending on what this is and of it could be pressed out maybe shot at 9.6/9.8.

Cant see anything keep it from 9.6 or better

The front top left corner is a worry unless it can be pressed out and I dont know what that mark is on the back cover.

Still a very nice copy

I just looked at this and it's not a stain or smudge - it must be from during printing.
