Side note... and I cannot advocate for this enough.

Something I shipped got tied up in customs.  There was nothing wrong with it.   There was no violation to that nation's rules. It was merely backlogged due to the volume.   However, the person saw that their package was tied up in customs and tried having eBay hold the funds. 

Now... 

I have cancelled my store. 

I have nothing listed for sale. 

eBay Global Shipping STILL had my back on this.  The package was freed up from customs and the customer received their package two days later. 

Use Global Shipping.
