Yep. They ran it on Disney Television for years.  Then shortened it to just the music "There's a bluebird on my shoulder " as well as sing a longs. Although they do still have the ride "Splash Mountain " which has parts of Brer Rabbit. It is mainly just the Uncle Remus and Tar Baby they have decided to wipe. 

They have done this with SO MANY!

I honestly dont know what the answer is.  one guy said the text is normal and the hat reversed image is the mistake.
