PGM Captain Marvel 27 2 2

Hi everyone, attached are photos of Captain Marvel #27 comic. There is a small piece missing in lower left corner of the front and back cover, and also small piece missing in lower left corner of the first few story pages as shown in the photos. Otherwise comic book is complete, no missing pages, and pages are attached to the cover at both staples. Thank you for your grading opinions and all the best.

Hi, I'll kick things off for you with your CM27. (Welcome to the forum BTW ) Luckily the front presents nicer than the stained and soiled back, but it's a low grade item. A reader copy really at around Good or maybe Good + (2.0 to 2.5) A nice comic to own in any grade with that fab Jim Starlin artwork.
