713AB Posted January 10, 2022 Share Posted January 10, 2022 Hello, I have a PSA graded card as 'Authentic Altered'. PSA doesn't assign number grading to genuine altered cards except for the grading of 'Authentic'. If I submit this to CGC can the card be number graded using the Green Label with the qualifier alteration listed on the label. The alteration is someone tried to fix the whiting on the back.
