Hi, 

I have a submission I can’t find information on (maybe because it is older than 8 months?). 
 

The Packing Slip is CGC0841165739. Could you tell me what the status is?

Good morning,

Thank you for your message. Invoices will only show on the main submission tracking page for 8 months.  We are working on getting that extended so you can view all invoices regardless of the time frame but since that is a programming change it will take some time to get updated.  

Your invoice is here and currently finishing up with CCS.  It will probably be at least another 30 days or so until that moves from CCS to CGC. You will receive an email once that moves to the CGC side.
