Blue LED light to whiten comics - resto or no? 1 1

There's a Facebook group that just released a book on stain removal which I have ordered. I don't have much of an idea on the stain removal part of the book but for the blue LED light aspect is you basically expose the book in a light box. Blue LED is used to whiten teeth, over exposure will adversely effect the colour

Many books have already been through CGC with blue labels but some with too much of the methods got a PLOD 

As is the mantra of pro-pressers: you are not adding anything to the book, so it's not resto

The stain removal methods will remove foxing and stains so I'm very interested in that considering how harsh CGC is on foxing
