PGM My Flash 139 poor 4 4

I know it’s bad and has a cutout that does not affect story, but it’s a key I got for a tiny price.  How does the cutout affect the value is my main question.  I could post more pics but it ain’t getting any better…lol.

Value is even more subjective than condition grade, so it's really impossible to say with any degree of precision or certainty.  However, if I was a prospective buyer, I'd want to know what's missing on the other side of this leaf.  Does the next page contain story panels, a short, an activity page, the letters page, more ads, etc?
