PGM Flash #139 - GRADE IS IN! 4 4

Here is my copy of The Flash #139.

 Here are the issues as I see them:

 There is a long color-breaking crease along the right-hand edge of the front cover. There is some fraying at the upper left-hand corner of the front cover. There is some color loss along the right-hand edge of the front cover, near the though balloon. There are several creases on the front cover, but they seem to be non-color breaking. As usual, there are spine tics along the right-hand edge of the front cover, but most of them are non-color breaking. There is some fraying near the upper staple of the front cover. There are several missing pieces in the middle of the edge of the back cover. There are multiple creases on the back cover, but most seem to be non-color breaking. There is a small spot at the upper right-hand corner of the back cover.

 This book was sold to me as a VG+, but I think that this book could be improved by a cleaning/pressing. What are your thoughts? Thank you so much for your time and consideration.
