From the front.... not too bad.  Everything is snug & solid at the staples.  Nice inner pages.

But.... there's a piece out of the back cover.  

What grade will this be able to pull out?

Edge/Corner wear with creasing and color breaks, moderate spine stress w/color breaks, slight staple tears, creasing, color rub and color break through the interior of the front cover, large piece missing from rear cover.

Without the piece missing I would have assigned a grade of VG 4.0 - VG+ 4.5, with the missing piece? I have no idea how much of a deduction the book will take from CGC, IMO it will drop to at least a GD- 1.8 to GD 2.0.

According to the grading standards a large piece missing from the rear cover is not allowed until you drop to a FR/GD 1.5, this is what is allowed. 

1.5 FAIR/GOOD (FR/GD): up to 1/10 of the back cover may be missing. 

2.0 GOOD (GD): The largest piece allowed missing from the front or back cover is usually a 1/2" triangle or a 1/4" square,

3.0 GOOD/VERY GOOD (GD/VG): A triangle from 1/4" to 1/2" can be missing out of the corner or edge; a missing 1/8" to 1/4" square is also acceptable. 

4.0 VERY GOOD (VG):  As much as a 1/4" triangle can be missing out of the corner or edge; a missing 1/8" square is also acceptable.

Yeah that huge piece out does it in. 1.5 to 2.0 at best.

1.5 minimum (see Round 2 of the grading contest). More likely 2.0.
