Hello. I would like to apologize for not removing the book from the bag, but I was afraid to since this book has never been read since I bought it in the 80’s.Thanks.

It's in the 9+ range but in the bag makes impossible to grade really

Likely. You can handle raw, high-grade books. (But that's why I prefer the mid-grade range - no worries.)

Thanks to those who contributed. I regret not more pics for the book. I am very happy this book survived all these years in a box.
