Here is my copy of Fantastic Four #16. More pictures located here:

Here are the issues as I see them:

There is chipping and a few slight tears along the right-hand side of the front cover. There is a sun shadow at the upper right-hand corner of the front cover. There are some creases near the spine, some color-breaking and some non-color-breaking. There is damage at the bottom left-hand corner of the front cover. It actually looks like a water stain, but it doesn’t penetrate to any of the inside pages.

The consensus grade for this book was approximately 5.0. Recent Ebay sales were: 4.5 for $590 on 01/24/2022, 5.0 for $270 on 11/21/2021, and 5.0 for $500 on 01/09/2022. My price - $450 shipped.

Here are the issues as I see them:

There is significant creasing on the whole front cover. Some of the creases could be pressed out, but there seems to be an equal number of color-breaking creases. There is a stain near the phrase, “The peril of the room without a floor!” There is dirt or staining at the lower right-hand corner of the back cover. There is a ¼” tear below the coupon at the bottom of the back cover. There are two creases at the bottom of back cover that look like tears, but are not. The back cover seems to be dirty.

The consensus grade for this book was approximately 3.5 - 4.0. Recent sales on Ebay were: 3.0 for $200 on 12/29/2021, 3.5 for $227 on 02/13/2022, and 4.0 for $335 on 12/15/2021. I will use the 3.5 price, and I will beat that price by 16%. $190 shipped.
