Everything looked good then I flipped it over.  How much is the writing imprints dropping the value?  Thanks for looking.

Slight corner/edge wear with slight crease/slight color break at lower right corner, very slight staple tear at lower staple, 2-3 spine ticks w/slight color break.

Without taking the indentations/tracing on the rear cover into account, IMO...VF- 7.5

With the rear cover defect...

I do not have my books graded so I do not know how CGC views this, if it were my book and I was grading/cataloging this for my collection I would grade the book at a FN 6.0 - FN 6.5 with a notation mentioning the rear cover.

Thanks guys, that’s right where I had it.  No intention to slab it, but may sell.  Do you think a press would help the back?  Have you ever pressed without slabbing?  Thanks again.

Personally, I haven't pressed without slabbing...not my thing.  A press will help a bit, but those impressions are deep enough that they won't go away completely.  Give it a shot...you never know.

6.0 seems fair as this copy appears 8.0 without the writing indent defects. you may be surprised how much of these defects may press out/minimize
