It’s got to work for both of you obviously, and without knowing the relationship it’s hard to say which of all the very good ideas presented is best for your personal relationship. But I do think that if it’s not the buy-in option, I’d teach him how to do the bagging and boarding. No reason for you to do the monkey work as well as the brain work, with no skin in the game.

I would equate this to any partnership. Often, there is the partner with the vision and the partner with the execution. Both equally important. He's the vision and you're the execution. I believe 50/50 is fair after expenses. your mileage may vary
