Amazing Spider-Man #10 CGC 6.5 OW pages $1100.00

Last sale was $1125.00 on March 10th. Pretty sure this book hasn't been pressed and cleaned. Can't say 100% for sure but I see a few little pressable defects and a small bit of dirt that could probably be removed. Thanks for looking!

I'm doing fine...I wish I still had my ASM#10...Sold it to one of my best friends years and years ago to help him complete his ASM run.  I should have charged him triple...
