Is this soiling or tide marks? Book has waves and rippling. Does it look like it's been exposed to moisture? And lastly, those stains grease or foxing?

The marks appear to be a stain (not sure what greasing is).  I tried some light cleaning but it had little to no affect.  Appears to be IN the paper. I too noticed the waviness but see no evidence of water damage.

Those stains almost look like foxing, but I’m gonna agree and say they are oil-based stains.  C&P to 7.0-ish…

Yeah 7.0 ish seems right. Stains and such on "modern" books get hammered. What could be a 9.0 or so could lose 2 grade points.
