I had 2 books rejected of a 5 book Fast Track Modern submission. (Submission #4041948)

My CC was charged the full amount on 4/11/22. I contacted accounting to make sure I will be refunded for the rejects on 4/14/22. As expected, I haven't received a response nor a refund. I realize they are pretty busy right now, but I just want some assurance that...

a) they received my request

and

b) I'll be receiving a refund

Good morning,

Thank you for your message.  Yes, you will be credited back on the grading fees for those two books that could not be graded.  I'll reach out to accounting to make sure that is done ASAP.
