Hello. I was checking the status of submission number CGC1900210925 and have a REJECT. was wondering why?

I never had this before.

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, there isn't any notation in our system on that book. There could have been an issue with the book that prevented it from being safely encapsulated.  There will be a note with the book itself which should explain why it was rejected.  When you receive the book, please let us know if you don't see that note and we can check further with the graders on that.
