Is the new print of the JLA/Avengers Hero Initiative book considered a magazine when it comes to CGC submission for grading?

Good morning,

Thank you for your message. It will depend on the dimensions of the book.  If the book fits within these dimensions then it would be considered a comic:  

• 10-1/2” tall
• 7-5/8” wide
• 1/4” thick

If it is larger than those dimensions it would be classified as a Magazine.  The largest size magazine we can do would be:

 

• 11-1/2” tall
• 8-7/8” wide
• 1/2” thick

Thank you, that answers the question.  It has the same dimensions of a comic for Width and Height; however, thickness is 1/2".  I'll submit as Magazine.
