PGM ASM #41 - GRADE IS IN! 3 3

Here is my copy of Amazing Spider-Man #41, the first appearance of the Rhino.

Here are the issues as I see them:

There is fraying at the top left-hand and the bottom left-hand corners of the front cover. There is one small color-breaking crease and several non-color-breaking creases at the bottom right-hand corner of the front cover. There seems to be a scuff mark directly below the IN in RHINO! There is additional creasing on the front cover, but most creases seem to be non-color-breaking. There are a few dings in the bottom left-hand corner of the front cover. There are some creases on the back cover, but I feel that they are all non-color-breaking. The cover is firmly attached at both staples.

I think that this is a decent copy, but I think that this book could be improved by a cleaning/pressing. What are your thoughts? Thank you so much for your time and consideration.

I'm not sure it would get higher after a C&P with it's color-breaking creasing.

6.0 with a good press. your description makes it sound worse than it is. i don't see any major flaws, a pretty nice book.

I just want to be as accurate as possible with the description. I would rather under-grade then over-grade.

Agree with you guys, right on the edge of 5.5/6.0. I'd say 5.5 due to the scuffing middle spine and on the bottom edge under the word RHINO. But nice one!

A real beauty. I forgot what grade I gave it and got to grade it again. 6.0 seems like a fair grade. Hope you are happy with the results!

I had it at 6.0/6.5 but would have gone 6.5 since it presented so well

Although I didn't grade this first time around, I was with the 5.5 train looking at it today. Looks handsome in the 6.0 slab!! Congrats!!!
