I was wondering what grade do you think this is? Would this benefit from a clean and a press?

Unsure if this is a 8.0/8.5 ~

The oxidation and the moderate bottom staple tear has me at 7.5, maybe upwards to an 8.  I don't think a C&P will help here.

I don't see it needing a clean, and would have to see it in hand to guess about a press, though nothing obvious stands out. 9.0 due to slightly soft corners and lower staple tear. 

I like the UK price stamp.

If that's light soiling along the top edge of the BC, I say a cleaning will help.  8.0
