Casing broken 0

So today I finally got my first half of my comics I sent in and all of the casing came in broken and the box they came in was not damaged at all what did I have to do to fix this? Also do I have to pay again just to get the case fixed? I attached the pictures

I am very sorry to hear that!  Please reach out to our customer service department with the certification number of the book and we can send you instructions on how to send that back for a complimentary reholder.  We do not charge to reholder for books that arrive with holder damage as long as the damage is reported to us within two weeks of receiving your books back.
