CGC sent back cards with grades in card savers but ungraded 2 2

Hello,

I recently sent in my first submission and when I got it back only 1 of the 6 cards was encapsulated and the other 5 had the grade paper thing in a regular card saver and were not graded. I tried emailing CGC and sending them a DM on twitter but have not gotten a reply. This is extremely disappointing and I'm wondering how I can get this fixed.

I think this is the right place to post, but you can also consider calling CGC customer service.
