Horrible how the new site tracks submissions 2 2

I teally dislike the new way CGC tracks, or pushes away books that have been submitted. If something hasn't been sent in the past 8 months, there is no simple way to follow. And of course, everything is backed up.  Why the change?

Pretty sure it’s been that way for about a decade. Once finalized they sit for 9 months and then disappear. @CGC Mike right? This isn’t a new change.

Unfortunately, submission tracking is lost after 8 months.  Customer service can let you know where your submission is currently at.  The web team has been trying to extend the tracking time for months.  Apparently, it's a difficult task that we hope to accomplish soon.  In a week or so, I hope to have access to the customer service info, and can let board members know where their submission stands.

I hope CGC fixes this. In the meantime, keep track of your submission numbers. You can still look them up after 8 months.

Given the huge lag during the last year or so, it's ridiculous how old books drop off the tracking board. At least, if the book is not yet shipped, it should stay on the board.

It's only been a few months. Give it some more time. This is a very complex and time consuming procedure.
