Inquiry on grading Magazine Promo Non Sports Cards 1 1

HI,  this is a set for KERRANG! magazine promotion issued in 2014. The set has 20 cards and was only available through an offer then.  Measure 3.5 x 2.5 inch.   Am a CSG submitter but over there no chance for grading.  Would CGC grade these ?
