I'm not sure how long it will take to send this kind of decision-making to the ash heap of history where it belongs, but I do know we're in for some period with a significant amount of pretty boring "entertainment" in the meantime.

It took cable to make it happen, but I always thought we'd end up with full frontal nudity on "television" back in those days.  You could just see the shackles loosening (or tightening if you're into that sort of thing) on what was being shown/allowed.
