Might be a dumb question. I am looking at the census page. What is the difference between Universal and signature series? Thanks

A signature series comic has a signature that has been witnessed by a CGC certified witness, then submitted (with no break in the CGC chain of custody) to CGC for grading.

A universal comic is pretty much any other normal comic, with the exception of a comic restored, conserved, or qualified (like a missing page for example) in some other way.

I would look around the CGC website a bit deeper, I'm sure there's official definitions.
