Shipping: First slab is $25 CDN across Canada. Or if in Toronto area, pickup is an option.  International/US buyers: Exact shipping (seems to be around $23 USD most places). Please contact me for a quote. Please note ships from Canada, and while I don't think any US buyers will pay additional duty (and Canadian buyers inside Canada definitely shouldn't) customs charges are at buyers expense. Shipping discount for multiple books.
