PGM ASM 149 Ink Transfer 3 3

Hi all

So I have a pretty good idea again here as to where this would grade…except for this one flaw. Ink appears to have transferred from the back of another comic to this issue as you can see. Wondering how you all think it would affect the grade. Thanks!

You can also see the same kind of transfer on the back as it appears part of the title from another issue of ASM can be seen here

It's not from another issue but from another copy of this same issue.  The ink transferred onto the front cover comes from the back cover printing.  Specifically

precision ground
focusing control
