Issues are some moisture staining on the top FC and BC (and some discoloration along the leading edge FC). There is some writing in ink on the bottom FC and on the BC, and some light writing indentations on the FC (visible in third photo below, just above yellow box). 1/2" tear on BC. Thanks!
