JIM 1 offering this book on the boards as a raw 5.0 with the eye appeal of a 5.5 - 6.0 compared to the CGC 5.0 I sold last year! A CGC 4.0 recently sold at HA for $6,900 & a 7.5 double cover sold for $28,750 in August. Grey line along bottom left corner is not on the book. Asking $11,000 OBO
