I bought this 25 years ago from John Verzyl, he called it a VF/NM but it has a small water stain at the bottom right of back cover, faintly visible on interior pages, so I'm calling it a VF-. 

Probably Everett's spookiest post-code cover.

I’ve only sold about 3 books here on the boards including this one. One other to Mr. Illmannered and someone else. The grease pencil was the reminder for me on this book.
