I noticed a slight water ripple with no stain to the cover. When I opened it, I saw this. Back it went… For me foxing is on a case by case basis, usually I’m far more concerned with tanning/brittleness/splitting and moisture/rust stains. Like 👍 This, almost word for word (I have decent tolerance for spine splits when it gives me a book that presents several points higher than the technical grade.) Light foxing, I generally don’t mind. As long as it’s actually foxing, I’ve seen other stains or mold inaccurately called foxing frequently.
