Journey into Mystery #89 - Consensus grade is G+. SOLD to @ernster!

Just to be safe, I am going to call this as Good. The GPA result that is closest to this book is a CGC 1.8, which sold for $204 on 01/04/2023. Of course, that was graded. My asking price for this book is $180.

Journey into Mystery #90 - Consensus grade is between G and G+. SOLD to @Prince Namor!

Just to be safe, I am going to call this Good. A G- of this book sold on Ebay for $67.53 on 02/06/2023. I like nice round numbers, so my asking price is $70.

Incredible Hulk #5 - Consensus grade is between G and G+. SOLD to @Prince Namor.

@Point Five pointed out color touch in this area. I wholeheartedly agree. He also suggested that trimming had been done to the top of the front cover. I can see his point, but I am no expert on detecting trimming. I will let you use your own judgement.

Just to be safe, I am going to call this Good. I paid $300 for this book in early December, 2022. My asking price is $250. Let my loss be your gain!

My last book is a book that I would like to downgrade. I currently have an Amazing Spider-Man #194 CGC 9.4 in my collection. I would be perfectly happy to have a raw book instead.

According to GPA, the last sale of this book was for $625 on 02/19/2023. If you just want to buy it outright, my asking price is $575. If you want to trade, we would have to negotiate based on the book you are willing to trade. I would rather someone have this nice graded book instead of me.
