Pep Comics #15

First cover appearance of Madam Satan

Excellent GGA bondage cover by Irv Novick

Book is restored, has color touch and a fair amount of tape on the spine. Also has two staples added, 1 top and 1 bottom

Presents extremely well and has great color.

Calling this a 3.0 restored
