I still consider this book, Romita's first Spidey, to be undervalued, despite it's recent substantial increases. Romita would add a level of character complexity to the web-spinner's adventures. I would have liked to hear his stories over a few days. GOD BLESS ....

.... this is the Romita I think I would miss most. Petey and M.J.'s first date and her first full appearance. Romita showed us what he had in mind for this  book once and for all.

[Naelbis]

The very first comic I ever had signed and graded back when I still worked in law Enforcement. Only has the Stan Lee signature in this photo but it has both Stan and John on it now. I should update the picture for the registry but I am the lazy.
