Ace D-433 (Double), Jack Bradley/Talmage Powell, If Hate Could Kill/The Smasher, 1960, VG/F. Very tight and bright copy with a very light opening crease on the spine but otherwise very fresh looking. Ace Doubles are tough to find this nice. $20

Bantam 945, Hal Ellson, Tomboy, 1951, VG. Solid copy with general wear but no major issues. Hal Ellson was a prolific writer of JD fiction in the 50s (not to be confused with Harlan Ellison, which I did for years). Wonderful cover by Robert Maguire.  Look at her smoke that cigarette with such bitterness! $20

Lancer 74-963, Robert E. Howard and L. Sprague De Camp, Conan the Freebooter, 1968, Almost NF. Solid copy with a great cover illustration by John Duillo. This is the first Lancer printing. $10

Beacon B734X, Jason Morgan, The Bored Young Wives, 1964, VG-.  A mid-grade copy (due to some water spotting and minor wear) of one of the later Beacon books.  Nice cover illustration (identity unknown).  $10

Belmont B60-1086, Alan Joseph, Logan, 1970, VG/F.  Fresh and clean copy with a small moisture stain, lower left front cover.  Otherwise, a tough title.  I always wondered if Roy Thomas or Len Wein had read this book before they created Wolverine.  $20

Brandon House 965, Marcia Marcoux, Velvet Seduction, 1966, VG.  A very solid mid-grade copy (due to minor moisture stains).  This cover by Fred Fixler is one of his best in my opinion.  My scanner was incredibly cruel to this book as it looks much better in hand.  Tough to find this book in any condition.  $140

Ballantine 24230, Leigh Brackett, The Hounds of Skaith, 1974, AF (unread).  Nice wraparound illustration by Steranko.  This copy looks pretty fresh with only a small amount of edge wear.  $15  Sold to Kramerica

Man's Daring, Vol. 1 No. 1, June 1959, VG/F. Structurally it's probably a Fine with just a small amount of staple rust but has the eye appeal of a VG/F so that's my grade on it. First issue in a long running title with some of the more bizarre covers. Gorgeous cover by the master Clarence Doore. $30

Real Men, October 1962, VG/F. This copy is very fresh and glossy but has a spine split at the bottom of the spine. Otherwise, a pretty copy of a classic decapitated head trophy cover (reprinted later on other titles). $50

Real Men, June 1968, FN-. Another pretty, bright copy but has a very light crease on the front and a few small tears on the back. Glossy and white, otherwise.  Personally, I'm confused by the story about a squad of prostitutes, sounds impossible. $20

Real, June 1962, VG+. Typical wear associated with the grade on this beautiful cover by George Gross. Apparently, Machine Gun Kelly liked his women a certain way. $30

Savage Tales 2, VF. Nice solid copy with a sweet Conan cover. $25

Savage Tales 5, 9.2-9.4. Looks and feels like the day it was printed. Has a very subtle rippling at the top edge but otherwise, a very high grade copy. Classic Boris crucifixion cover and a wonderfully illustrated tale by John Buscema inside! $80

Vampirella (French) 8, 9.0. An exceptional copy with just a few misc. dents but otherwise, looks like it's pretty much new. Gorgeous cover by Enric, previously used on Vampirella 17 in the United States. $70
