Registry not updating properly - Rank 0 on all newly added sets 1 1

With the merger of CGC Cards I got around to entering a few cards into the registry that I hadn't before. 

I noticed anything newly entered is rank 0 despite having enough points to be in the Top 10 in most cases. 

Let it sit overnight with no change.
