Hello again!!  I just recently finished a small sales thread in Mixed, and decided to start another thread in Copper/Modern of nothing but Army of Darkness raw comics (and a few slabs).  These runs are from the 2000's, roughly from 2005 to 2011/2012, including Darkman vs. AoD and Xena/AoD.  All of these comics are scanned, which will make for quick listings.  This thread shouldn't take very long to finish. :)

The link below is for the other thread I just finished, so if anyone would like to combine shipping between the two threads, I'm all for it.  Just remember to 'claim' items, then PM me to request combined shipping.  Only Army of Darkness stuff will be posted here.  Message me with questions, concerns, or reasonable offers.

Here we go!!!

Army of Darkness #1 (vs. Re-Animator)(2005 series).  This foil-enhanced cover is the Sanford Greene 'Boomstick' variant, with a Dynamic Forces COA stating it is one of 300 limited copies.

VF/NM, or better.  That lightly blunted bottom spine corner, along with other minor defects, may keep this one out of Near Mint range.

$15

Army of Darkness #2, Esad Ribic cover C (2005 series). This issue is Army of Darkness vs. Re-animator. The cover is cardstock material.

VF-, or better. With the ink rubs on both covers, along the spine, this one gets a big grade deduction. icon_sad.png

Army of Darkness #2, Esad Ribic foil-enhanced cover.  This issue is AoD vs. Re-Animator.  The cover is made of cardstock material.

VF-, or better.  My LCS at the time didn't handle comics very well (new employee), or they were shipped poorly to the LCS.  You can pretty much see the defects here, especially the ink-breaking corner bend at the top right, front cover.

VF+, or better. A press will help here, except for the lightly blunted spine corners and edge wear.

Army of Darkness #3, Mel Rubi RRP sketch variant (2005 series).  This issue is Army of Darkness vs. Re-Animator.  The cover is cardstock material.

VF+, or better.  A clean/press should help this one a bit.  What looks like ink/pencil marks on the front is part of the image, NOT marked up by me.  Numerous other copies I've researched show the same thing.

$10

Army of Darkness #4, Filip Sablik cover C (2005 series). The variant cover is a 1:10 ratio incentive. This issue is Army of Darkness vs. Re-Animator.

VF, or better. This comic will benefit a lot from a press, with only a few ink-breaking spine creases.

Army of Darkness vs. Re-Animator #4, Nick Bradshaw retailer incentive.  'No price on cover'.

CGC 9.6, White Pages.  Both sides show a few very mild 'scuffs' inside the inner well.  There are only one or two very small Newton Rings that are difficult to see.

I can't find any sales data for this comic.

$50 shipped

Something I just thought of, ya'll!!!  I will be listing runs of AoD, but if there are variants of any of these comics, I will still list everything separately.  If there aren't any variants, I will make a post about the price of any particular run.  Runs with variants will also be sold for a 'lot' price...just PM me and we'll discuss it.  I won't list a set price for variant runs. :)

Again, PM me with questions. (thumbsu

Sorry for the delay, folks.  This website is still a piece of krap, and our home internet was down all morning.  I'm sure that had nothing to do with the nationwide EAS test.

Let's rock n' roll!!! :headbang:

Army of Darkness #6, Jamie Biggs cover B (2005 series).

VF, or better. A press will help a bit, but the back cover shows a few areas of very light cosmetic scuffs to the gloss.

Army of Darkness #7, Kevin Sharpe cover B (2005 series).

VF, or better.  There are a few very minor defects, along with some pressable ones, but the biggest problem is the very light cosmetic scratches on both covers.  They mainly affect the gloss.
