FN/VF, or better; off-white to white pages.  The back shows a few spots of light ink rubs in spots along the spine, as well as a horizontal ‘scuff’ from left to right that breaks ink.  It’s possible that this is a production defect.

Ghost Rider #41 (direct), neon ink cover.  This issue features appearances by Blackout and Lilith.

I'm not sure how to grade this one because of that scuff to the ink on the front cover, near the top spine corner.  It looks like a production flaw.  Without that there, I would estimate an 8.0 for this comic.  Also, the chain border and flames around the title are orange, not the pale color you see.  I guess my scanner can't do orange. Lol
