Wonder Woman #48, CGC 5.0 OW/W 1951

This was one of the last books I needed when I was trying to upgrade my run. Although there are 42 on the census, they are a lot easier to find in 1.0 than 5.0

Bin is $325 which is less than I paid a number of years ago.

Old Label

Bin is $675

Could not get a better picture of this book, but the color is Excellent. 

I know some people don't like the old labels, but always looked for them because I've found a lot seemed to be graded a little tighter than the ones today.

I always thought this was  bowling cover, but maybe those are bottles...it's been slabbed for quite a while and I don't remember. Not pressed nor cleaned.

27 Copies on the Census

This was always one of the tougher covers to find. If you are looking at the one that sold for $96 this year, the notes say it has moisture damage through the whole book and rusty staples. No moisture or rust on this copy.

 

Bin is $175   Now $165

 The logo on this issue can throw you off a bit, that's not faded purple, that's LAVENDER...and there is pink on the bowling pins.
