The news hasn't paid too much attention to it over here on the other side of the country but I've been reading up on the impact including the reappearance of a ghost lake last year. Luckily I live in a neighborhood higher up that isn't prone to flooding. But I literally didn't go anywhere. I think we got 10 inches in 2 days. Santa Barbara (my old home town) had bigger difficulties due to their roads and certain parts of town. A lot of folks got evacuated as it was pretty bad.
