I wrote that as my own commentary on the cover, and not because I was consulting CGC's notes.

It turns out that CGC refrains from mentioning that "burning alive" idea on all comics (that I'm aware of) that have such covers.

There are not many such covers, just a few.  But they are pretty notorious and desirable to many people.

Thanks for the info. I was wondering since I know about decapitation and hanging was wondering if there's more and even better if CGC had a list for reference somewhere.
