For those attending, CGC will be onsite - not an authorized dealer, but official CGC will be accepting submissions for all collectibles (not just comics). If you're in/around the Bay Area, this will be a great opportunity to drop off submissions in person.

Had a great time there last year-- dropped a few $$$ on some great books-- got some early Batman's (2 and 4?) from Terry's booth.    They had a nice representation of Golden Age books.   Not planning on this year with being buried in deadlines, but I wouldn't be shocked if something changed my mind last minute.

Glad to hear you had a good time! Can confirm there will be even more amazing GA this year.

Fingers crossed those deadlines magically disappear before the weekend :peace:

Great event--thank you to Gene and Kevin and everyone else. Very professional event, nice crowd. Line for CGC dropoff was impressive.

This year and last year was the first time for certain national dealers visiting our area since the old Moscone Wondercon days. Plus some big name up and comers.

Wow @shortboxedI have been getting so many e-mails from you and Link last few months that I thought I was getting a monthly auction e-mail or auction ends today from Link 5 times a day.

I never read the convention on the 5th.

I am upset that I did not go to this convention it is the best since wonder-con sorry I missed it. rantrant

Long line to get in, but moved very quickly. First 250 attendees received a free swag bag with comics from Dark Horse, Image, and/or Boom Studios, some lucky attendees got hardcovers, trades and ratio variants.

We took auction consignments onsite. Stan Lee signed Cap 3 coming up in our first Golden Age-only auction in a couple weeks!

Kelley Jones and John Beatty had a line of fans most of the day.

Main stage was in the same room so you could browse comics and catch panels without missing out.

I shared a few mildly interesting insights during my keynote. For the first time in 4 years, X-Men is outselling Amazing Spider-Man on Shortboxed. Will this hold for the year?

Artist Jason Shawn Alexander did an interview on stage

Dr. Adam Rapp gave a fascinating talk on American history through the lens of comic books. The talk will be added to YouTube soon and I'll share it here. Worth a watch!

YouTuber Swagglehaus Comics gave a talk on the state of the market and collecting.

We took pics of booths, too. Still processing and will add those later!
