Here's another that I'm going to price agressively...

I am the original owner of this book. It was purchased directly from the Marvel booth at C2E2 in 2020.
I was lucky enough to pull a couple books with super low numbers. I have not seen any other sub-100 books for sale, but that's what you're getting here (#52/3000)
I don't like making guarantees, but I'd bet the house that this book grades at a 9.8 or higher. All the others I purchased at this time came back as 9.8.
