The rules 

- payment by PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or personal check (must clear)

- shipping is included in price 

- no one from any of the bad lists 

- no returns for buyers remorse - returns accepted if item is damaged in shipping for some reason 

- an “I’ll take it” in the thread wins over any negotiations via dm
