Is this considered production flaws and if so/not how does it affect grading?! 1 1

Love your advice on this "scratch" that is present on several of the same issue comic. I assume it was caused by something in the printing process as, until now, they had never been removed from their bags they were shipped in . There is no color loss that I can discern and they only appear at certain angles in relation to the light.

My questions are:

Can this pe pressed/cleaned in some way?

As it seems to be a common issue with this book will it affect the grade?

A press may help. I would not attempt to do any dry cleaning on this book.
