Custom labels not working and Newsstand Edition option doesn't pop up 2 2

Hello Im sure this is the millionth message that has been posted about the custom labels not popping up when adding you books. Ive never had a problem before till now. Im trying to submit Amazing Spider-man 361 and uncanny X-men 266. Also im trying to submit a newsstand edition of amazing Spider-man 361 along side the other 2 books and there is no option for newsstand edition. Am i doing something incorrectly?

Here is some info from our web help team.

The only thing we see is that when the JSA addon is selected, custom labels are then unavailable (due to JSA books getting their own label). Please relay in a post that when JSA is selected that Custom Labels are then unavailable. If people are continuing to have issues please try to get screenshots, CS numbers etc. so that we can continue to troubleshoot any possible issues. 

As far as the newsstand option, it does look like there is a bug that has caused the checkbox to have disappeared/not show. We have put in a MX ticket to get this looked into and fixed. In the meantime customers should continue to submit their books and if they have newsstand variants they will be addressed/put in by the graders. We will contact you as soon as this bug has been addressed and fixed.
