I very rarely sell comics, but I was looking through some boxes and honestly wondered why I bought this one. It's a great book, but doesn't really go with the rest of my collection.

THE RULES:

• No Hall of Shame or Probation List.
• I'll take it trumps any private message negotiations.

TERMS OF SALE:

• Payment is via PayPal
• Free U.S. shipping with tracking and insurance
• No international shipping
• Will accept returns as long as I am contacted with 3 business days of the tracking number's stated delivery, no questions asked. Of course, it must be returned in the same condition it was sent out in.

PRICE: $750.00

This All-American 8 was bought off Heritage Auctions two years ago as a slabbed 7.0 R (A-2) OW/W for $900.00. Since it has been cracked out, I'm offering it for less. I do not think CGC will honor the previous label that it's from the John Berk collection, but it will be included.

• light crease left center of front cover
• light, multiple crease back cover
• small crease right top of front cover
• small foreign substance left bottom of back cover
• small foreign substance right bottom of front cover

There is also a small discoloration on the upper left corner of most pages about 1"x1/2" that is not in the graders notes. It is pictured at the bottom.
