Wolverine limited series #1 black line error? 2 2

I have a off-center cover cut with a black line at the top and art detail missing at the bottom. Was wondering if this error is significant any info would be appreciated. Not a collector just have this as a gift from my uncle. I have posted it on eBay. If you have any questions or need photos feel free to ask

Minor miscuts are usually neutral or negative with respect to pricing

Was looking online and I can't find any others with this error in pictures or listing.

It's a nice copy. Better than my own.

This seller has been trying to to unload his miscut copy for a few months. Can't believe 4 people have it in their cart.
